My belief in therapy is simple. Let’s get to the root of things so you can experience a greater capacity for life’s challenges while cultivating more joy, freedom, and ease. Together, we will address what may keep you stuck and how to create meaningful change. The process of therapy isn’t easy. I work hard to make it valuable, enriching, and engaging.
I like spotting patterns and I see symptoms as opportunities to gain insight. I approach this work psychodynamically, a modality that connects past relationship experiences to who we are in the present. My education also includes contemporary psychoanalysis, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness, as this work is not one size fits all. In the room, you can expect me to be myself - warm, humorous, direct, and non-judgemental.
I support adults and adolescent individuals managing symptoms of anxiety, depression, grief/loss, burnout, narcissism, existential distress, attachment dynamics, and self worth. I also love working with couples, partners/friends, and non-traditional relationships who want to address connection, intimacy, and communication. I’m committed to creating a therapeutic space where you feel seen, heard, and supported in your unique journey.
My goal is to help you uncover deeper insights about yourself and develop tools to navigate life’s complexities with resilience and clarity. With compassion and curiosity, we’ll explore the patterns and challenges that shape your experience, working collaboratively to foster meaningful growth and lasting change.

“The truth is that taking responsibility and breaking patterns is big work and a lifelong process. Together, we can make it feel accessible and empowering. Therapy is an investment in yourself and in the relationships you care about most. It’s my privilege to be able to co-create a working strategy with you.”
