Psychotherapy is a process of growth and healing through self-awareness, self-discovery, and self-acceptance. Oftentimes, psychotherapy results in one feeling more connected to oneself and others. Through this process of weekly talk therapy, clients can find deeper meaning, identify old patterns and achieve their goals. Many clients come to therapy for the following issues: low self-esteem, relationship issues, anxiety, life transitions, anger, and cultural issues.

Relationships are complex and require dedicated support. Our team of therapists are trained to support couples in cultivating a loving, connected, respectful, and resilient partnership. Through therapy, couples can develop a deeper understanding of each other’s needs, rebuild trust, and foster a stronger connection. Our approach to couples therapy is collaborative, empathetic, and non-judgemental. Taking the step to seek couples therapy is a courageous decision.

The ADHD evaluation and assessment spans a few sessions which allows time for a complete clinical overview of the prospective patient and an extensive diagnostic interview. A key part of the ADHD evaluation is a battery of standard assessments that help pinpoint and explore the different aspects of attention and functioning within the individual.
Clients leave the ADHD assessment process with a better understanding of their functioning and tools on how to move forward with or without an ADHD diagnosis.

The work of a therapist can be isolating and consultation provides clinicians with a space for professional growth, while ensuring the highest quality of care for their clients. Consultation is a process in which therapists engage in discussions with other experienced professionals to gain insights, perspectives, and guidance on challenging or complex cases.
As a consultant and supervisor, Dr. Sarai is passionate about supporting therapists who are seeking mentorship in building a thriving, fulfilling and grounded practice while helping them find their own authentic voices as therapists.
