As a therapist, I aim to create a space that is both curious and compassionate, where all parts of you are invited to be heard, explored, and understood.  Together, we’ll explore patterns, symptoms, and emotional landscapes that shape your experience-- not to pathologize them, but to understand their origins and impact.  Whether you’re new to therapy or continuing the journey, our work will center on helping you feel more grounded, more connected, and more at ease within yourself and in your relationships, while gently challenging what feels rigid or stuck so that meaningful, lasting change can take place.

I specialize in working with clients navigating challenges around relationships, intimacy, and identity, helping you move toward a more authentic and integrated sense of self.  Therapy is a space to slow down and listen more closely to what’s underneath the issue.  I also support clients exploring sexuality and embodiment, managing the emotional impact of chronic illness or pain, and navigating major life, career, or relational transitions-- including the unique pressures of the entertainment industry.  I will help you cut through the noise and find a way forward that feels aligned with who you are.

My approach is psychodynamic, relational, and deeply attuned to the complexities of your inner world.  I am especially passionate about working with anxiety, relationship dynamics, sex and intimacy, and the process of developing authenticity over time.  I work with adults, young adults, couples, and a range of relational configurations — meeting each with openness and respect for their unique structure and needs.

“I offer a space where nothing in you is too much, too messy, or off-limits-- only something to be understood.  Together we will make sense of the patterns and experiences that shape your life, with curiosity and compassion instead of judgment.”
