We may be a good fit if you’re…

  • At a loss for what your teen is saying and wish they came with a translator

  • Demoralized about the state of the world and feel stuck trying to make decisions about life ahead when the future feels uncertain

  • Are working a pretty solid recovery program since getting sober but are feeling like you don’t know what you want from life now

  • Feeling like you have figured out what to do with your hands at a party while not drinking but have no idea how to go on a date sober

  • Wanting support for your relationship, but you’re worried about being misunderstood or pathologized by a therapist who doesn’t understand power exchange, poly or ENM dynamics, or the pressures of parenthood.

  • Battling with your partner about how frequently you want to have sex, and all you both really want is to feel intimately connected again

  • Confused about how to navigate living life as a creative with calm consistency instead of joylessly grinding or being kited solely by the whims of fickle muses

  • Looking to stop treating your body like a problem to be solved, punishingly perfected, and optimized and instead want to live joyfully and with ease from the inside out

  • Hoping to understand how your past connects to your present so you can move with alignment into your future.

If you’re in transition I can help you to uncover meaning in your struggles, reconnect with your inner voice, and move toward a life of greater depth, intimacy, and self-trust.

Together, we can turn confusion into clarity and transition into transformation. Let’s find the thread that connects your past to your purpose—and begin the work of becoming.

Therapy is a collaborative journey—a space where curiosity meets compassion. I believe in the boundless generativity of “yes, and” and that being a person is deeply absurd and profoundly sacred in equal measure. My goal is to make you feel safe enough to let yourself be known and supported while you do the challenging work of becoming more authentically yourself.

I specialize in working with people in transition who are ready to explore the interplay between their past experiences and present relationships. Whether you're a parent looking for an ally to translate for your teen, a couple feeling stuck and seeking their spark, or just a person trying to navigate this complicated and ever-shifting world with some sense of serenity, I aim to help you cultivate insight as much as catalyze actionable change. My work with clients focuses on uncovering hidden narratives and unconscious processes that influence your current emotional world. Then, we’ll work together to make changes that amplify your sense of agency and joy in life.

Using dream work, active imagination, and reflections about what’s happening “here and now” in our sessions, I help to shed light on what is driving the patterns occurring in your life. As a therapist, I am kind, playful, and nonjudgmental, with an eye for how humor and storytelling can help illuminate deeper truths, ease difficult emotions, and create space for authentic self-exploration. My goal is to have you leave our sessions with a better understanding of your emotional landscape, a more compassionate view of yourself, and concrete strategies for managing life’s challenges.

On a long enough timeline, everyone is driven to move toward wellness, wholeness, and integration in their life. My role as a therapist is to help facilitate your innate forward momentum... and maybe grease the wheels a bit. If you feel pulled to understand yourself, your relationship, or this moment in your life, reach out. I look forward to connecting with you.
