My therapeutic work is dedicated to creating a safe, collaborative, and supportive space for my clients to feel, heal, and grow. I specialize in working with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, and life transitions.

My therapy approach is holistic, integrative, collaborative and relational. I utilize psychodynamic and attachment focused approaches for clients seeking a deeper understanding of their mental, emotional, and behavioral patterns. Together, my clients and I work towards building an abundant and comprehensive toolkit of skills that increase well-being, confidence, and self-compassion, such as nervous system re-balancing, re-programing of negative core beliefs, and increasing tolerance to discomfort. I work with my clients in developing healthier habits and behaviors such as assertive communication, boundary-setting, and values-driven decision making.

I tailor my therapy approach to meet the unique needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based modalities including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Starting therapy often feels like taking a risk and leap into vulnerability: I honor this process and will walk alongside you with patience, compassion, and accountability. By carving out this time for yourself, you will get to know yourself in a deeper way and create lasting skills to navigate life's ongoing challenges. Above all else, you will have a safe space to feel seen, heard, and understood.
